Passenger with reduced mobility

If you are a person with reduced mobility, we can provide you with the type of free wheelchair service that best suits your physical condition.

Wheelchair for ramp (WCHR)

We have wheelchairs for ramp available in the terminal of each airport. You should request WCHR service if you need it.

- On domestic routes, request for the service must be made at least 24 hours before flight departure.

- On international / regional routes, request for the service must be made at least 48 hours before flight departure.

Wheelchair for cabin (WCHC)

We provide wheelchairs for use in the cabin aisles (Wheelchair Cabin, WCHC) for passengers who are completely immobile on selected routes. For reservation for Wheelchair Cabin or relevant requirements, please click Wheelchair Cabin.


Boarding lift

If you are unable to ascend or descend steps, we can help you out by providing a rise-and-fall boarding vehicle for flights which are not supported by a boarding bridge. If you need to make a reservation for the service, please inform us or any of our sales agents 48 hours before flight departure.

On the Sao Paulo route, request for the service shall be made at least 72 hours before flight departure.

On all routes other than the Sao Paolo route, request for the service shall be made at least 48 hours before flight departure.
